4. Text-In Opt-In: When you text START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to our business number, you consent to receive messages from Caipher AI.
5. Chatbot Interaction: When you interact with our website chatbot and provide your phone number requesting follow-up, you consent to receive text messages.

Our SMS program is supported on all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
